2008 Black History Month Public Service Announcements were produced by Katelyn Corey and Ashley Teater. The spots aired on Albany area broadcast TV stations. The PSAs feature students from area high-schools who participated in the Creative Expressions Contest sponsored by Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc.

Media Education Program

Since 1997 students at Saint Rose have been producing television programs in association with local nonprofit organizations, which are then presented on Time Warner Cable's\ Educational Access channel in the Albany District, reaching about 300,000 households weekly. Currently, we are producing Capital & Commerce, produced in association with the Albany-Colonie Regional Chamber of Commerce.

There were 30 Public Service Announcements produced I and my fellow Saint Rose students in Mr. Paul Conti's Television Production course. The spots aired on local TV stations and feature students from capital area high-schools, who participated in the Creative Expressions Contest sponsored by Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc. and What's Happenin' Productions.
