Most professors are not fully aware of the effects of stress on the student population.  However, there is a professor at The College of Saint Rose who is not only aware of it, but conducted research suggesting reducing stress could improve exam grades.

A Saint Rose student walks into Brubacher Hall at 2:00 in the morning.  The smell of alcohol is on her breath, on her skin, and in her clothes. Her cheeks are beet red.  Her steps are unsteady and she uses the wall to help her balance.  She went out to a party that night and has drunk much more than her limit.

There are many organizations that give back to the community, but one of the most valuable ones are that of who’s goals are to better the future of a community and possibly the nation.  Students at The College of Saint Rose give back to the city of Albany every Monday and Tuesday for an hour and a half.

The City of Albany is the home to several college institutions as well as others nearby, and the city has become a popular scene for college nightlife. While often underage, local bars and clubs accommodate the students at these schools because they bring the bulk of revenue during the school year.

Captain America was shot. He is dead. Normally this news would go unnoticed by the world at large, but his death has transcended the fiction and hit the worlds of politics and business. This has some fans shocked and upset.

“Who would have thought that anyone would want to kill Captain America!?!” said Joe Pryba, a graduate student and resident director at The College of Saint Rose.
