one the largest collections of modern art at the Empire
State Plaza. Center Square, known for its night life
and entertainment culture, including Lark Street ,
is paved with 19 th century cobble stones at every
intersection, and rows of brownstones. The neighborhood

Organization (WHO) blood donation rates range from a high of 6.9 percent
in Denmark to less than one percent in most of the world.
Out of approximately 300 million Americans, about six million
donate, comprising only 3.4 percent of the population. The
trouble is the American Red Cross estimates that 85 percent

Students
are given the options of commuting, living in a dorm, or
living off campus in a rented apartment. Each of these
options has its ups and downs and its costs differences.
It’s easy
to see from just the numbers that the off campus life does
seem to be financially cheaper, but it comes at the cost
of living conditions and security, which for some people
may be more important then saving some money, while others
see the reduction in price worth the conditions that they

of the city and there is little awareness
of this issue among residents. However, Albany
as well as college campuses in the area are

that is asked in the average student’s
head everyday. Currently, about 63 percent
of American students spend more than four
years in school to receive their undergraduate
degree, according to the U.S. Department
of Education's National Center for Education
Statistics. This very impressive issue
seems to be the underlying fear that motivates
students to stress and study in the late
